22. No liability for certain damages. No party is liable to other parties for indirect damages, for example, incidental or punitive damages, or loss of use or loss of operations, income, profits, savings, commercial value or impairment resulting from such conditions of control, contracts, services, products or related documents, even if the party was informed, knew or owed the possibility of such damages. Nevertheless, each party is liable to the other party for the consequent damages resulting from the breach of confidentiality obligations under the Rule of Master`s Conditions entitled Confidentiality. 15. Feature of a DNS cache server. Verizon can respond to an unsuccessful DNA query by providing alternative information instead of an NXDOMAIN or other error message. In order to avoid receiving such alternative information, the customer can configure their applications so that their DNS queries are sent to one of Verizon`s DNS cache servers following 188.8.131.52, 184.108.40.206 and 220.127.116.11, or notify Verizon customer service to exclude certain IP addresses provided by Verizon from this feature. Customer browser users can unsubscribe by getting an opt-out cookie on their system via a link provided with alternative information. By providing this feature, Verizon and its suppliers have access to the customer`s ip addresses and DNS queries, including information introduced by the customer in an address bar, as well as browser information and all reference links from the website involved in generating the DNS query (all DNS information), DNS information is not used for any purpose other than functionality, including improving the operation and efficiency of the underlying features and search functions. Verizon and its vendors can use non-identifying DNS information to support features.
